Well, the book has been out for two years and it's sat on my shelf for that long. Even though I bought it, I've been wary to start it. The writing has just gone so downhill lately that I've been disheartened. All that damn filler, the repetitive descriptions of people and their clothes, the limited thesaurus, I just..can't...even.... *sigh* But...there it sits. Staring at me. So, I'll give it a go.
