This is a quick read with succinct facts about snacking. Not so much a diet book as a plan for changing your eating habits and why snacking is important. Not just any kind of snacking though, but proper snacking. Think veggies and fruits and snacks between 100-300 calories, not cookies and chips loaded with sugar, fat and calories. At the end are a decent amount of recipes though more would have been nice. Or even a list of foods to pick and choose from. On a editorial side note: it’s ‘shudder’ not ‘shutter’, I’m not sure what wildling is and using grinded instead of ground sounds very elementary school. Over all though a decent informative read for the short length.
